Announcing the official release of the remaining Lots 5-22 at Woodland Park at Cleveland Forest. 

We are thrilled to announce that as of November 6, 2017, we will be accepting offers on Lots 1, 2, 3 and 5-22.  This would be a great time to come out and make a visit to the site. Can I use my own Architect/Builder? Lots 1-3 have been purchased through Fairview Builders, our Preferred Builder. Therefore, purchase of those lots include working with Fairview. What is so special about lots 1-6? Lots 1-6 will have rear alley access with no driveway on the side of the house. All will have a front “grass paved” driveway to allow for front guest parking. A beautiful stone wall, offering home owners privacy, will border Southland and Woodland Way.
